Got an appointment very quickly for a cleaning, there was no waiting when I arrived, got right in. After my cleaning Dr. Lynch discovered I needed 2 fillings replaced and was able to do it on the spot without making another appt. Quick and pain free. Highly recommend this office.

Didn't personally like getting my whole mouth numbed for just a teeth cleaning, that has never happened to me at any dentist office prior. Was hard to tell if there was any tooth pain which is important for telling if there's a cavity or not. Dentist said there was an option of mouthwash or water. I said "water" because my mouth was full of whatever is used for cleaning teeth. Dentist corrected me by saying "please." I was not trying to form a full sentence because of my mouth being numb and full of cleaning paste so the interaction was rude to me. Seemed like a nice person but didn't like the numbing and passive aggressive bedside manner. Facility was clean and easy to find for Hoboken and JC residents. Just not my personal taste

Patricia was absolutely amazing.. She is extremely warm, kind and caring. I was warmly greeted. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to me. I first went to see her for an upset molar, she knew right away what I caused it. After couple of X-rays , she worked on my molar and gave me some antibiotics. Like magic after couple of hours I was feeling so much better. I followed up for an appointment for some other dental works. I am confident I will be taking care of by Patricia. Thank you Patricia . Dr. Lynch is a life saver! After many years of neglecting my oral health and many horrible dental experiences, I finally found a dentist that listened and was honest and enabled me to save my teeth. Her main concern was my health not my payment. She worked me in everyway possible. She explained every step while she performed the root canal and I was not in much discomfort at all. She is a wonderful person and an amazing dentist. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The rest of the staff was kind, relaxing and accomadating. They go above and beyond! I usually need to make doctor's in the morning, before I head into NYC for work. Dr. Lynch and her assistant saw my husband and I at 8:30am this past Friday. And to make things go even faster, one cleaned my teeth while the other did his x-rays and then they switched. It's a small, cozy office and everyone was very professional and friendly.

Hygienist didn't floss after being asked by the dentist and after I inquired. Not a huge deal, but likely an expectation by customers. I also wasn't told anything about cost, asked about insurance, etc so I'm hoping not to get any surprising bills. Otherwise everything was great.

Doctor took time to listen and understand my needs and Concerns and work with me as best as possible . I went to three dentist before her None of them took the time to listen

The staff is always welcoming and pleasant, and I so appreciate the prompt service. Dr. Lynch did a beautiful job repairing bonding on my front teeth - they look great! The only change I would suggest is to remove the TV in the reception area - or switch it to a less stressful channel than the news!
